ideal location great breakfast dog friendly thin wall noisy guests late noise
the location was very ideal, its close to town. breakfast were lovely and they have great selection. staff are friendly it was very dog friendly to.
the walls are thin you could hear guests in the next room. i was in a room right above the main entrance where other guests was smoking, talking very loudly, until nearly 1 o'clock. that kept me awake until late.

the location is great, literally a hop from the town centre. the staff were super friendly and helpful. breakfast was good, with a great choice of items like tea from a teapot!
My room felt really cold. i saw no heating, even though it was chilly outside. also, the shower was weak, which wasn't ideal. the toilet didn't always flush properly either. It was frustrating

pleasant stay with good service
good breakfast helpful staff beautiful view
I found the breakfast good and the staff very helpful! the room was perfect with a beautiful view of the hotel. the staff even brought my suitcase down because i use a crutch. It was very kind. cerys, a staff member, was especially helpful and chatty. I'm grateful.

the staff members were very friendly, reliable, and chatty! they ensured guests felt welcome and attended to requests efficiently. one staff member even assisted with luggage, which i found to be lovely.

Parking was available and very convenient. I found the food to be really good. Service was indeed great. Staff were attentive. The room was clean and tidy upon arrival.
The shower temperature was difficult to regulate. It fluctuated slightly.

The included breakfast offered good variety. I enjoyed it! the location was convenient. Everything was within easy reach. i appreciated the hotel's car park. It made arrival and departure much smoother. Plus, the staff stored my golf clubs safely overnight. i felt very secure!
The water pressure in the shower was not great. It took a few minutes to get warm.

central location clean room good breakfast
The location was great because it was close to the city center and the railway station. The room was clean with sufficient towels and toiletries provided. I had a good breakfast and the plates were warm, this was a plus. The hotel had live music which I thought was fun.
The room was a bit tired, but it was ok.

Staff was very friendly, helpful, and also respectful . I found them cute upon my arrival. They provided sufficient linen for my purpose and a good supply of tea and coffee in the room.
